I came into your store to have my wife's wedding ring repaired and resized. It had cracked many years ago and we had always viewed dealing with jewelry stores as a hassle. I wanted to have the ring redone for Valentine's Day. Jessica Harris assisted me and she was such a joy to work with. My son had measured my wife's finger using a slip of paper saying he was going to make a ring for her. While this was far from a precise measurement, Jessica did her best to correlate that to a ring size. Well, the ring fit perfectly and moved my wife, Babette, to tears! The atmosphere in the store was unlike any I had experienced in a jewelry store before. I didn't feel like I had to guard my wallet and everyone was so sincerely helpful.
